Project: Boushh Costume
A while back I got my wife a Boushh Helmet for Christmas, but unfortunately, it was a pile of crap. I paid lots of money for it, and I got an unusable helmet. The “Snout” area is bent, and the two halves of the mold don’t even meet. I was very disappointed in it, and we sort of gave up on the project. Recently on our France vacation we happened across a Star Wars exhibit that actually had the ORIGINAL Boushh costume on display. Needless to say, we took a lot of pictures.
I’m now thinking of actually trying to fix the helmet. I’m probably going to remove the whole snout area, and put in a new vacuformed snout piece that I will need to make the mold for. This page will chronicle the progress of the helmet fixing, and costume creation.
Oh yeah, and never buy anything from Golden Armor. My experience with this company was terrible, he obfuscated the problems with the helmet, hid it with clever angles, and refused to return my money. Class A Rip Off!

Boushh Project Page Created
I think I’m going to start working on this project again. I will shed my disappointment, and forge on! My idea is to cut out the snout area, and mold a new shape in wood, to copy using my Vacuform table to create a new one. The rest of the helmet is ok, but that part is totally screwed.
Update: NOTHING
I have done nothing with this project. Dead in the water.
